Delivery Information

-          We provide a same day local and next day nationwide delivery service to many UK postcodes by 3rd party carriers, however there is a minimum order requirement of 2 boxes. Delivery to Ireland takes 48 hours and we can only deliver to some postcodes in Scotland on a 2 day service. For more information call 01772 683311.

-          All goods should be inspected and accounted for on delivery. A signature is required for all items received in good condition.

-          Any discrepancies with orders would need to be made aware to a member of ITM leisure’s office staff within 3 days of delivery. If any damages, losses or incorrect items are declared after the 72 hour time scale we will be unable to take necessary action, such as raise a credit for the goods or supply any replacements.

Credit Information

-          On receiving a completed credit application form we will process this information on our system and assign you with an account reference number. Please note that ITM Leisure Limited is registered with the Data Protection Act 1998 and guarantee that the information submitted will only be used for the purposes of assessing credit risk. The information provided will not be sold or lent to any other company or third party for any other use. ITM Leisure Limited reserves the right to refuse applications for credit without providing a reason. ITM Leisure Limited utilises the services of various credit reference agencies and such agencies may record instances of requests for information from us.

-          We do abide by certain terms of trading, these will be contained in a written confirmation of account letter; our terms consist of:

-          All payments to be received subject to our agreed terms.

-          We accept payment by valid cheque, BACS or credit card.

-          All goods will remain the property of ITM Leisure until issue of full payment.
